We would like to thank Denise Hobbs for the professional way in which she handled the sale of our Harbourside condo. In a very uncertain market she was able to culminate the sale of our property at a price very acceptable to us.
Denise worked diligently and always was optimistic that she would find a suitable client for us. We were kept well informed, at all times of the action in the market around the immediate area. We left Florida to head north for the summer leaving our condo, without hesitation, in the hands of Denise.
Two weeks after returning to our Canadian home Denise had a buyer for our condo. She also handled all of the closing details which saved us making a trip back to Florida.

It is my pleasure to give you my impressions of Denise Hobbs. She has been instrumental in my decision to return home to the States. I am an American who married a Canadian and am now a widow. My meeting with Denise happened quite by chance during a visit with my sister at Harbourside last March. The end result was, due to her sincere and personable disposition coupled with her expertise as a real estate professional, I had the confidence to purchase a condominium at Harbourside and will make a cross-border move from Nova Scotia to Florida.
For several years I have been a winter visitor to Harbourside. My son and I had many talks about buying a condominium there together. His untimely death a few years ago put thoughts of such a purchase on hold – that is, until I visited my sister there last March. I planned to look for a unit to rent during the winter, 2009, with no thought of buying one. However, that plan changed when I fortunately met Denise through what seemed to be a natural sequence of events….perhaps it was destiny. Her professional and personal attributes played a significant role in my decision to purchase, not rent, a condominium.
The closing date took place June 4, 2008; however, Denise’s kindnesses on my behalf continue. She is always there to share her wealth of information with me by promptly replying to my numerous and never ending questions. Her suggestions concerningcondominium and other matters I need to deal with until my move takes place in September are so helpful. The Harbourside community is fortunate to have the professional services Denise offers- and equally as fortunate to have her as a condominium owner. That combination is a significant selling feature as well as proof of the quality lifestyle residents of Harbourside enjoy. Personally, I am pleased indeed and look forward to having Denise as a Neighbor!
